Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

Baby Give Back acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, live and serve our community.
We further acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our warehouses operate, including the Yugambeh people, the Turrbal people and the Jagera people.
Baby Give Back is proud to announce our formal commitment to a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This will help us take steps towards sharing with our community the importance we place on being inclusive of all cultures.
A RAP is a structured and formalised process for organisations to support the movement of Reconciliation. There are four types of RAPs that organisations can commit to – Reflect, Innovate, Elevate and Stretch. You can read more about the process at Reconciliation Australia.
Baby Give Back’s Reflect RAP was approved by Reconciliation Australia in May 2022 and we have now officially began fulfilling the actions required as a part of the plan.
To fulfil our commitments to Reconciliation through our RAP, Baby Give Back has established a Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group (RWG) that will work toward delivering the actions needed. This group is made up of members from our Board, our team and our volunteers.

Our CEO and Founder, Carly Fradgely says, "Our RAP marks the beginning of our journey in educating our community and helping them to build their knowledge of reconciliation. I encourage everyone to join us as we begin to implement our Reconciliation Action Plan because reconciliation is everyone's business.'
