Terms and conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this survey and prize draw is Baby Give Back Limited (ABN 22 616 236 983, ACN 616 236 983), located at 10/15 John Duncan Crt, Varsity Lakes, QLD 4227. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” means Baby Give Back, and “you” means the person entering the draw.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open exclusively to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Our employees and board members, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
Entry is free.
3. Promotional period
The promotion opens on 10 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 24 September 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible for the draw.
4. How to enter
To enter, complete the official Baby Give Back Supporter Survey 2026 and provide a valid email address in the contact section of the form, so we can let you know if you win.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize details
There is one (1) prize: a $200 Visa prepaid gift card (total prize pool value: AUD $200).
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In line with the Australian Consumer Law, the gift card carries a minimum 3-year expiry period from the date of issue.
The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be substituted, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
6. Draw and winner selection
We will choose the winner by a random, manually conducted draw of all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
The draw will take place on 28 September 2026 at 10/15 John Duncan Crt, Varsity Lakes, QLD 4227.
7. Winner notification and claiming
We will notify the winner by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
To claim the prize, the winner needs to acknowledge our email and confirm their details. If we don’t hear back within one (1) month of notifying the winner, we may redraw the prize (see clause 8).
8. Unclaimed prize redraw
If the prize remains unclaimed one (1) month after the initial draw, we will hold a redraw on 28 October 2026 at the same location to select an alternative winner.
9. Privacy and personal information
If you provide contact details to enter the draw, we will record them alongside your survey answers and use them to administer the survey, run the draw and notify the winner.
We may share aggregate outcome statistics from the survey publicly with our community. We will not share your individual feedback without your permission.
Entering the draw does not add you to the Baby Give Back direct marketing list. You will only receive ongoing news and updates from us if you choose to opt in on the survey form.
Your information may be stored and processed by trusted third-party providers that help us run the survey and the draw. We take reasonable steps to protect it, and we handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.
We manage personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.babygiveback.org/privacy-policy.
10. General
Your entry is complete when we receive your finished survey. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of technical faults beyond our control.
Our decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final, and we won’t enter into correspondence about them.
We may vary these terms or the promotion, or cancel the promotion, where it is reasonably necessary and the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, and subject to any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from taking part in the promotion or using the prize.
With the winner’s consent, we may share the winner’s first name and suburb when we announce the result. We won’t publish any other personal details without the winner’s permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
