Entry Guidelines

Theme:

Courage • Compassion • Community • Sustainability

Who Can Enter:

Children up to 14 years (with parent/guardian permission)

How to Enter:

  1. Create a poster inspired by one or more of the Baby Give Back values.

  2. You can use any materials: pencils, paint, collage, or even digital tools.

  3. Posters should be A4 size (210mm x 297mm)

  4. Include your name, age and a short title or description of your poster.

  5. Submit your entry using the form below

Important Dates:

  • Entries open: 12 September

  • Entries close: 10 October

  • Winners announced: 13 October

Prizes:

  • Prizes awarded in age categories (0-5, 5-8, 9-12, 12+)

  • Winning posters featured on Baby Give Back’s social media and website

Terms and Conditions

By entering the Baby Give Back Poster Competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to children up to age 14 at the time of entry.

  • Each entrant must have parent or guardian consent to participate.

  • Entries must be original works created by the child.

2. Entry Requirements

  • Posters must reflect one or more of Baby Give Back’s core values: Courage, Compassion, Community, or Sustainability.

  • Entries can be created using any medium (e.g. paint, pencils, digital tools) but must be submitted as a clear photo or scanned image of an A4-sized poster or hard copy delivered to 10/15 John Duncan Crt, Varsity Lakes.

  • One entry per child.

3. Submission Process

  • Entries must be submitted via [insert website link] by 11:59pm AEST on Friday 11 October 2025.

  • Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. Judging and Prizes

  • Entries will be judged by a panel selected by Baby Give Back.

  • Entries will be assessed based on creativity, originality and how well the poster reflects the chosen value(s).

  • Prizes will be awarded across the following age groups:  0-5, 5-8, 9-12, 12+

  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Use of Artwork

  • By entering the competition, you grant Baby Give Back a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish your child’s artwork in print and digital formats, including:

    • Social media channels

    • Website

    • Printed publications and promotional materials

    • Displays at events or partner locations

  • Only the child's first name and age may be published alongside their artwork.

6. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with Baby Give Back’s Privacy Policy.

  • Contact details will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing unless you have opted in.

7. General

  • Baby Give Back reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if necessary.

  • Baby Give Back accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
