A forever home for Baby Give Back
Thanks to the James Frizelle Charitable Foundation, Baby Give Back has a permanent home of its own, and it belongs to all of us.

Baby Give Back started in my garage nearly 10 years ago. There have been some big moments since then, but this is one I’m still pinching myself about. Thanks to a transformational gift from the James Frizelle Charitable Foundation, Baby Give Back now owns our Varsity Lakes warehouse.
This is where we receive, sort and pack the clothing, nappies and essentials that reach little ones right across Queensland. Every week, hundreds of volunteers come through our doors to give their time, find connections and turn community generosity into real support for families doing it tough. And now it's our forever home.
A gift that belongs to all of us
The James Frizelle Charitable Foundation gave us the means to buy the warehouse because they believe in the generational impact this village creates. The Foundation has walked alongside us since 2020. In their words:
"giving children an equal start in life is such an important step forward towards families thriving instead of barely surviving."
James left school just before his 15th birthday and worked his way up from pumping petrol to building a thriving Gold Coast business. What he and Trish have built through the Foundation invites all of us to be part of something bigger. James, Trish and Brett, we really can't thank you enough.
A building only becomes a home when a community fills it. A milestone like this doesn't happen in a single moment. It's built quietly, month after month, by everyone who has donated, volunteered, run a donation drive or shared our story. Every Clothing Box, Safe Start Box and pack of nappies and wipes that reaches a family is powered by you. You're the village around families doing it tough, and I’m so grateful for you.
Filling our home together
Owning our home gives us a security we've never had before. It means your donations go further and we can reach more families, now and for generations to come. Nothing about how we work changes. It simply grows stronger.
We recently heard from a support worker that families are "forever thankful" for the support they receive. She told us about a young woman who had just found out she was over 8 months pregnant and came to them for help:
"...she came to us in tears but left knowing she could receive support from us thanks to Baby Give Back."
That's the difference this community makes. A new mum feeling a little less alone. Knowing someone is there for her as she raises her little one.
If you’d like to be part of what comes next, there are plenty of ways to help fill our home. Clothes your kids have outgrown are invaluable to us. You can donate them at our warehouse or a collection point, come in and give your time as a volunteer, or bring your team in for a hands-on team day. You can also become a regular giver and help keep our shelves stocked all year round.
